Assistance with extracting SPV3 (Halo: Combat Evolved) content

So, I wanted to extract content such as weapons, grenades, and the like. However, I have no idea as to how to go about this. Does anyone know of how to do this, or could perhaps link me to a tutorial as such for doing this as I've never done this before.
