I bought the Fury Ex Red skin and Pathogenesis together the other day (Both valued at £1.50) I didnt like the Fury Ex Red skin so wanted to refund it, Steam only let me refund the whole transaction so both skins were refunded. I then had to wait about two days for the funds to become available in my wallet again. By that point the prices of all skins in the item store had risen, the two in question by 9p each at £1.59. More importantly though, I wanted the car rug which had increased in price a whopping 44p to £3.99 meaning with my £4 steam wallet balance I could only afford the car rug, and wouldnt be left with 50p to put towards buying back the Pathogenesis skin. I would like to know why the skins have been raised in price, and how you are allowed to do something like that. It doesnt seem fair

Yeah, thats pretty rough.
I learnt they only refund full transactions a while ago. I make sure I have enough money to place the purchase twice in case I decide I want refunds so as soon as the refund is entered I just reorder what I still want and a week later get my refund. Not everyone has spare cash on hand for a few skins though.
Its a bit rough that the prices of the skins in the Rust item store were increased over that same week, I wasn't aware of this. I did notice the price hike this week though.
