Alright m'goodboys, My 24" 1080p screen took a shit a while back and I'm looking for a replacement as the one I have now is HOT garbage. My budget is $150 -- I realize I probably can't get the best, period, but I'd like the best possible screen within my price range. Here are my requirements: - 1-5ms response time - 60hz - 1920x1080 or above - 24" or more (only) - no washed out colors - no ghosting or color smearing issues (A MUST) It'd be helpful if I got recommendations from people who actually own the screens they're recommending, but it's not mandatory. 50 coin bounty to anyone who gives me a good recommendation. Thanks in advance.
I'm using a Samsung LED screen and it's good, can I have those 50 coins?
how about https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-LC24F390FHNXZA-24-Inch-Monitor-FreeSync/dp/B01CX26WPY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1534355468&sr=8-3&keywords=samsung+monitor just under $150, also ~curved~ never had a samsung screen disappoint me, still using one that was released in 2010 and has held up great, too great actually because I want a new screen but I told myself to only get a new one once this fails, and I've told that to myself two years ago. I'll probably never buy a new screen.
Get a no-name Korean 1080p LCD for $~80 and overclock it.
i'd suggest my LG 24MP68VQ-P. Comes with freesync, all ports, IPS. Can't find it on amazon or newegg, maybe they're gone or sold out. they usually cost from 100 to 150€. Only problem i have with it is horizontal 1px line that can be seen on certain color combinations.
Got a model number for that one? I think I might actually have the 1050p version of that screen Curved, huh? Does it being curved make any noticeable difference, positive or negative? Would you rather use a flat screen after using this one, or?
S23B550V.
I recently got a massive curved monitor, looks sexy and prevent some color/contrast bleed.
