Loading into any Multiplayer Server simply fails, sometimes in Bluescreens

Hello guys, I have recently been experiencing a few issues, not only Garry's Mod related, but I want to get the "Garry's Mod" part out of the way first, because for the Computer issue that I'm talking about couldn't be fixed after multiple hours of searching and working. Anyways, moving on.

I understand that this is a bad Laptop, the Thing is, I can't really 'choose' another one right now. So, back to the Main Issue actually.
Starting up Garry's Mod is fine. It sometimes takes a bit longer than on, of course, a faster Computer, but it's pretty alright.
Workshop Data Stuff is fine. As above, it simply works.
Loading into Singleplayer takes a good amount of time. I tried it with both Normal Singleplayer Server, and a Multiplayer Server, Singleplayer took far less time to host than a Multiplayer Server. I decided to tab out, and opened up Task Manager to find out what the Problem was.
My Disk was at 100% Usage, all of the time. Doesn't matter what I'm doing, at all.
Multiplayer Games sometimes let me join (sometimes with success, on around 10-15 Max FPS, on Average 5), sometimes I just got the Red Error Message in the Top Right of the Screen (the Auto-Disconnect Message), and sometimes it won't even load in at all, kicking me out while loading into the server or such.
Alright, now I was panicking. I searched various Tech Forums, without any results. I disabled Superfetch, Windows Search, and other stuff as some advised me (FYI, I only browsed pre-made Threads, never made them myself), I even defragged my Hard Drive a few times (3 Times, once with a Defragger Tool, then again, with another one, and then Windows Defrag once). I installed Avast to see if any Viruses are on the Laptop, after a Full System Scan, no results. I deleted about 150-200 GB of Stuff, and still absolutely no results. I had enough at that point, and wanted to Clean Wipe the Drive, but since I'm using a Laptop, it'd delete a lot of important Data from Lenovo etc. I instead used a Factory Reset Tool provided Internally by Lenovo, which worked completly fine, and so everything got reset, and this time, I only installed Steam, not even an Anti-Virus / Cleaning App whatever. Only Steam, Garry's Mod, and some other Games to Mount the Content (CS:S, HL2 (EP1+EP2)). Also, I did a quick Scan of my Hard Drive, to see if there were any Problems with it, nope, apparently it was good (although, it was 40+ Degrees Celsius at all Times)
I decided to do it again. I used an Autoexec I found on a Forum, which I hoped to be useful.

I'm still not sure if this did a Thing or not. But I said "let's hope it does!" and also inserted a Line of Code on the Garry's Mod Steam Properties.

Alright, These are all my presets. Then, In-Game I basically use everything as low as possible, Windows Aero Off, and Multicore on. On Others, I disabled that any Content would be downloaded. I also tried the same without the script (thinking, maybe the script itself was the Problem). Nope. Exactly the same results, I tried it with, and without the script, with addon downloading, and without it.
When having the Script On, and Downloading On, it usually gets to downloading some Textures, where it's stuck for 15 Minutes, before Timing me out. I then reconnect (if possible) and either my Game fully crashes, or I get a Bluescreen.
When having the Script on, and downloading Off, I only get to 'retrieving Server Info', where it's stuck either until I restart Gmod, or until it all basically dies.
Look, I really just want to Play some Garry's Mod Servers until I can Play at my Tower again. I don't care what I Need to do, although, I can't yet replace the Hard Drive if that's the only solution left.
I hope you guys can help me, since as said above, I really just want to Play, have some fun with friends, and not be forced into Singleplayer all the time, and this, in any case, is a weak Laptop, so it's no fun playing Singleplayer Games either.
P.S: Something I forgot to say: Singleplayer in any Game works completly fine, without any issue, even if Hard Drive usage jumps up to 100%, which it does all the time basically. It's on ist worst in Gmod though. And I'll use the Coin System for this one, since I'm not active on Facepunch anymore anyways, and will give out all the Coins to the most helpful answer. Hopefully anybody can help me.
