Howdy guys,
For quite some time I've been wanting to put together a series of videos detailing the weird controllers i have collected over the years. Well I finally made one.
Never done ANYTHING like this before so super open to critics/suggestions!
Hopfully its not boring or shitty

Are you sure you haven't done anything like this before because you seem to be a natural with this sort of stuff. That was a great watch and i hope to see more from you.
Cool idea for a series, loved it.
Yeah this is some really slick editing, good camera work and great commentary to boot, and the premise of the series itself is unique and interesting. The video is really well paced and chill, but without coming across as dragging or too long. Looking forward to see more of your stuff!
Good work. I personally skipped the history part, but that is just personal preference.
It was well edited and your voice didn't have any annoying "ums" or "ahs" etc.
Aww, damn thanks so much for all the comments guys! Means a lot.
I did look up a lot of reference material from other Youtube videos of a similar nature and watched A LOT of tutorials on using Premier Pro but this is the first time I have ever put together a video that actually needed editing and what not. I do have a 3D modeling/texture/animating background so I'm sure that helped a bit!
AH thanks a ton, this is the kind of feedback I'm after. I knew I was missing something! Will definitely fix those sounds for future videos.
Great! I tried to break the video up into segments so it would be easier for people to skip around and such. Thanks for watching!
That was great, I hope you make more like this in the future
You've got a really great sound for this, you stand up immediately against an LGR or the likes in my mind.
For some reason when you pointed out how you could turn around and swap guns at the same time in halo 2, i found myself agreeing out loud with you. You actually spend time thinking about the small things and do a fantastic job relaying the specifics of how the controllers control, absolutely getting a sub from me.
Ah jeez, thanks dude for the very kind words.
Makes me indescribably happy that the video seems to be encapsulating exactly what I wanted it too and that it's coming across to the viewer. All I ever wanted was to archive these controllers to the best of my ability in video format.
The whole reason I wanted to put together videos like this is that the whole idea of losing history kinda freaks me the fuck out and some of the controllers I have collected over the years have limited to NO information/photos/videos online.
Couldn't just sit around and watch it be forgotten.
Fantastic presentation right out the gate. Instant subscribe.
I had that Rush Hour game and loved it.
Watched with great interest and never got bored/distracted. Which I can't say for 90% of other YouTube videos I watch. Excellent job, I hope to see more stuff in the future!
