• Rust killing my FPS

Recently, I decided to pick Rust back up as I enjoy it. Before I stopped playing Rust (about 5/6 months ago) I was running at an average of 70 FPS, but after picking the game backup and upgrading my hardware, I have seen massive FPS decrease. My new current hardware is: Ryzen 5 1600X Overclocked to 3.8GHz GTX 1060 6GB 8GB Corsair LPX Vengeance (I understand that this is low). When running Rust in game, I now get an average of 24 FPS. Computer usage overall is: CPU: 38% Memory: 84% (with Rust only using 4GB) GPU: 62% I am really unsure of what to do and was hoping that someone on the forums would have an idea of how I could fix my problem.
Are you using a cable or wireless for internet? You could also try removing the overclock.
I'm using Cable and I will try removing my overclocking.
I know it sucks but the devs don't care. The game is messed up and I really don't see any fix in the future. It frustrates me as its the only game I play and it just keeps getting less optimized every time they add new crap into the game.
