listening to cunts try to do an aus accent always pisses me off
Really 0 to 100 going from Cate Blanchett speaking rather softly to Steve Irwin yelling.

English accents are often done badly too. Just look at Vikander in Tomb Raider or Natalie Portman in V for Vendetta. In fairness, Portman did a fairly good job but there are lots of imperfections. Hugo Weaving was terrific as V though, so it's obviously possible.
Man Liev's is good (for the character), you probably wouldn't realise he isn't Australian.
English: "uh..." American: "uugh..." Scottish: "em..." Irish: "eh..." French: "eughhh..." German: "eough..." Australian: "yeahnahyeahnah mate yeahnahnah..." I hear the tradies talk like this whenever there's construction going on in the neighbourhood.
an ausse complimented my accent impersonation the other day. I think the key is to not go so goddamn hard about it, Like few people speak full TV-version dundeese there. It's the same with any other accent. If the accent is that heavy then you also need to learn the dialect of it.
I don't believe you dog post proof
Yelling? What? He was only bloody talking, fuck me
Didn't catch it on tape but i have vid proof of me pulling off a perfect sugondese accent, if you want to see it.
Don't you dare
They usually confuse that with a standard English accent and mix the two in the most obnoxious way.
I recently spent some time with an accent coach and managed to learn a good Aussie accent, and there definitely are some tricky parts for a north american speaker
