DarkRP | Cant see Notifications, Cant use remover tool, Laws dont show up

So Im working on my server, and ive noticed many things with the server. You know there those
notifications show up like "Hold "C" For context menu" and that's the same area that darkrp uses. And if you couldn't become a job for something it would say "You need to be VIP in order to use that job" or whatever. And another thing is that I cant use the remover tool! Doesn't matter what I use it on, I cant use it. And when im mayor, when I add laws, the lawboard doesn't show up in the top right. So if someone could help me, that would be great

You most likely have an addon blocking those messages or something maliciously blocking them.
