Honestly, both of those countries shouldn't redraw the borders - it will open up a pandora box as the article says. Besides, they should just recognize each other as they are right now - when they both enter EU, borders won't make a difference, because they'll be open nonetheless - and so their historical lands won't be closed to them, as the serbs fear.

"The entire balkans" is a bit incideary, there is no interest from other ex-yu countries to start shit. Border disputes in the balkan region are an issue we all face, it's just worse for Kosovo.
