What an evil man doing his job!
This whole situation is rather questionable.
I guarantee you, he would be escorted to the hospital if he was white. After all, Garfield can't be wrong... https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/236793/1b416683-92b3-4f61-aa91-5cfa0e3dada9/image.png
Im going to point out something An attorney representing Arrona-Lara on behalf of the nonprofit San Bernardino Community Service Center said those charges are unconfirmed. Emilio Amaya Garcia told CBS2 he has been in contact with the Mexican consulate who said it currently has no information about ICE’s claim. Garcia added Arrona-Lara’s detention paperwork shows he is in custody for being in the country without documentation. In the following statement from Friday, ICE makes no mention of homicide charges, only that Arrona-Lara was taken into custody the agency’s “Fugitive Operations Team” It seems very possible that the ICE officials were lying about the whole homicide thing as of right now
Yeah! He had no choice! /S
I won't be surprised if at some point members of ICE just start taking documents from people and destroying them then deporting them sometime in the future if they can get away with lying. Maybe they'll even just pick people up from the street and check their pockets to see if they can provide documentation, and deport them if they can't put up proof against unreasonable demands (birth certificate, or other large documents, etc). Also nice the agents completely ignored the request to get his ID, and instead go straight to deporting him anyway I guess they really took pleasure in this: When the agents asked Arrona-Lara, the couple said he didn’t have the ID on him, but that they lived nearby and could go get it for them. Garcia added Arrona-Lara’s detention paperwork shows he is in custody for being in the country without documentation.
Facists... Yes the pregnant woman possibly dying is worth it to get a clearly nonthreat removed from the country.
Nuremberg would like a word
They took him and left her alone, the fuck, they should have at least called a second cop car to take her to the hospital.
Please tell me, in your own words, why you believe this is even remotely acceptable. Don't just tell me it's the law, actually defend this action.
Please tell me, in your own words, why you believe a man wanted for homicide should be allowed to roam free.
What about his wife?
because those wanted claims have so far been completely unfounded
Maria told CBS2 Arrona-Lara, who is from Mexico, has never been stopped by police, and that he’s never been in trouble with the law, not even for a ticket. However, ICE said Saturday Arrona-Lara was picked up because he is wanted by law enforcement authorities in Mexico on an outstanding homicide warrant. An attorney representing Arrona-Lara on behalf of the nonprofit San Bernardino Community Service Center said those charges are unconfirmed. Emilio Amaya Garcia told CBS2 he has been in contact with the Mexican consulate who said it currently has no information about ICE’s claim. Garcia added Arrona-Lara’s detention paperwork shows he is in custody for being in the country without documentation. have you considered that they're wholesale making shit up?
A man legitimately wanted for homicide should not. There is no legitimate evidence suggesting this man was wanted for homicide. So, with that in mind, why is this okay? How is this possibly justifiable?
prove it lol
When you have ICE questioning and harassing people for just speaking spanish, you know the entire agency is fucking awful.
Remember the days when you got banned for not reading the article? Perhaps you should spend more time on actually going through the source instead of coming up with zingers.
It's so fucking sad that the people who go on and claim "he's just doing his job" when someone is found to be doing bad shit are the same people who will argue that people have choice when it comes to jobs and can just quit if they don't like it. Either you consider that those who perform the job have a share of responsibility for their actions, or you admit that a significant chunk of the population are effectively wage slaves.
What a fantastic riposte to criticism of this agent, you really showed us.
