Players Holding C menu and removing World and Perma props. How to fix?

Hello, so I have a darkrp server and players can hold down C and right click on any prop including world props and remove them. Do you know how I can stop them from doing it / disable that. So they cant delete my perma and world props?

Set the prop owner settings in falcos prop protection

as a superadmin in game
q menu>utilities>falco's prop protection>admin settings>toolgun settings>untick "players can use the tool on world props"
