The graininess on every texture is pretty overbearing, and it's kind of obvious you used a similar seed for the grain across everything.
Yeah i tried porting some sfm models as effects but they looked super grainy on gmod so i guess i won't do that again.
If you crack open their VMTs in Notepad and see they have a $detailtexture line, you can comment it out (//) to remove the grain. Odds are they have detail maps that look fine on their own, but combined they become OTT.
Alternatively you can use either Viox's material tool or selective Photoshop noise reduction to take it away
