Lmao, looks like he flipped after all. Had a feeling he'd pussy out.
The deal does not include cooperation with federal authorities https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/21/nyregion/michael-cohen-plea-deal-trump.html
Doesn't this indicate they don't need him since they seem to be fine with this deal anyway?
Trump is completely fucked if they don't need testimony from his lawyer of 30 years.
seems like a pretty crucial point in the whole ordeal. anyone got a timeline of everything in this investigation thus far?
No, what this actually means is that Trump is COMPLETELY and 100% FULLY vindicated.
Note for a second that one of the charges Cohen pled guilty to is campaign finance fraud. This directly implicates Donald Trump in fraud against the United States. Of course, it won't result in impeachment, as even Ted Cruz has faced absolutely no punishment for campaign finance law violations, despite having been accused on three different occasions by FEC. Frankly, I think we're approaching a point, if we have not already reached it, where absolutely nothing short of a massive Democratic sweep of both the House and Senate has any chance of holding Trump accountable for his crimes against this country -- and that's a very slim chance.
Wouldn't you? You go from 'He's a good honest guy' to 'He's a liar and has lied all his life' within days, being tossed under the bus, I'd be like alright then, here's the dirt I know on him

The fact that both cohen and manafort are found guilty and both had ties to his campaign, it should render Trumps presidency null and void, but logic doesn't exist in this gov.
Reason #231 why it's long past time to impeach Donald Trump.
There it is, clear as crystal, black and white. Trumps presidency is illegitimate, confirming what we already knew.
I can't WAIT for Trump's tweets tonight!
I can't wait for Fox News coverage of cheeseburger emoji's and pandas.
November 8 will be the most important election of our lifetimes. If we don't turn out, it could be the last free election we see in our lifetimes, or forever. For those of you who think that what I just said sounds crazy, you haven't been paying attention. No one in Russia thought that the 1990 presidential election would be the last real election they would ever take part in. We take for granted that free elections just happen; in reality, every election could be our last. Dramatic changes can happen in an instant. For example: What happens if we experience a modern equivalent of the Reichstag Fire on the eve of the November elections? A terror attack, a cyber attack, or something of that nature. Imagine Donald Trump suspending the elections for alleged "national security" reasons and then claiming emergency powers. That would be the end of rule of law in our country, plain and simple.
Watching CNN right now and they have a guy talking where Trump is about to have a rally, and they have Time To Say Goodbye playing over the PA. Lmao
