Please Help: Multiple Gamebreaking Bugs, Need Help

Hi. I've had a series of bugs in my singleplayer sandbox experience that I let slide and got used to, but over time, my ridiculous library of 2000+ addons just didn't work.

So, over the past 3 days, i've: Went through my MASSIVE list of addons and picked out the ones I wanted to keep and put them into a collection so I could re-download them after I uninstall all my addons, used the .bat inside Gmod to factory reset the game, reinstalled twice, verified my game cache multiple times, unmounted and remounted all my source games, and have been trying to disable possible addon conflictions.

These are the main issue that I have that continuously plague my GMOD:

Spawnlists are screwed. For some reason, under my entities tab in my spawnlist, I only see the vanilla Gmod categories (fun+games, half life 2, etc.) and NONE of my addon categories (Gbombs, WAC, Air Vehicles, ETC.) These addons are definitely installed, because I sometimes see their options menus, but not the entities themselves.
Hands are invisible. With 90% of weapons, my hands just do not appear. I do not know why this happens, and it doesn't matter what hands are supposed to appear.
Entities are invisible. Things like SNPCs, or simphys vehicles (only work because they have their own tab.) are invisible. They have shadows, collisions, and they function, but they are invisible.
Minor graphical issues. (Flames on the back of the HL2 rockets come out 90 degrees downwards instead of behind the rocket, NPCs sometimes t-pose for a split second randomly, and other small issues.)

Any help would be appreciated, and to help with trying to diagnose, my collection of all my subscribed addons will be linked below. (Make sure to check my linked collections, as those were to make compiling the list simpler, but not all addons inside them were installed.)

What i recommend you to do, Uninstall every single addon. Go on singleplayer and see if stuff works. Then install the addons you really need.
Don't expect someone to look through every single addon you have installed & fix it for you.

I know it's definitely one of my addons, as i've already done what you prescribed. I have made that collection to save my "wanted" addons then I proceeded to uninstall them all. Of course, I tried playing GMod vanilla, and everything worked fine. But even after halving my addon count, this issues persisted.

I'm not trying to ask for anyone to spoonfeed me on fixing my addon conflicts, I was just posting to see if these were known bugs with known causes or that certain addons could cause this.
