Dude just contact EAC about the ban, They will detect if you used a hack (software, etc) and they'll tell you

What do you expect us to do? Call EAC and tell them "hey, there's a Chinese guy who swears he didn't cheat despite you having proof that he did"? There's nothing anyone can do, and certainly not here of all places.
