I saw a 6 year old thread online about this and had to open a thread about it. GTX.... still sucks. I have been trying to get them to cancel my account and refund it for WEEKS. I took a SLEW of screenshots, contacted my bank, and have multiple emails proving I requested a cancellation within their 24 hr window. Their support team had the audacity to threaten to *ban* me for spamming them to forward requests to a manager. Really? Spamming? I have had it with these people and just want to get back to my normal drama free life.
Please take my advice. DO NOT USE GTX GAMING FOR ANY SOURCEMOD. It's a continual headache.
