'Big Bang Theory' to End With Season 12 | Hollywood Reporter The end of the road for CBS' The Big Bang Theory has arrived. Producers Warner Bros. Television announced Wednesday that the CBS comedy's previously announced 12th season will be its last. “We are forever grateful to our fans for their support of The Big Bang Theory during the past twelve seasons. We, along with the cast, writers and crew, are extremely appreciative of the show’s success and aim to deliver a final season, and series finale, that will bring The Big Bang Theory to an epic creative close," WBTV and Chuck Lorre Productions said in a joint statement.

My dad liked watching the show and it wasn't as bad as people make it out to be, so watching it was something we could hang out and do together. I'm sure the rich-as-fuck actors don't regret anything

While I actually liked the characters of TBBT, the constant forced references drove me away. Like it was better when it was just these guys in funny situations and their reactions to it, like when the guys go out to watch a meteor shower and end up accidentally getting stoned out of their minds. Shit show. Having that said, I dunno, is it doing more harm than good? It's annoying and all but is it really that bad in the grand scheme of things apart from appealing to people with no taste.

About bloody time. All of my family and friends love it but I can't stand it personally. It's not funny at all, whatsoever. Not to mention that if you watch it without the laughter track in the background, it's always just a normal conversation :V

I find it pretty hard to even really.... notice the show's existence. It's just some cheap observational humor and it does its job.

Anything with a laugh track or live audience is not worth watching. If it's funny me and my friends will laugh. The digital people laughing(klapvee) at every turn terrify me for their overly sensitive input

IDK, stuff like MASH, while not that funny, were pretty endearing.

We're going pretty far back though. MASH i Loved dearly. But nowadays it's over the top. The last laughing track show I liked was friends and that was spoon-fed, Because if I wanted to watch TV, my mom would choose first. Off topic: it is awkward that I can sometimes recite entire scenes whilst their on air, except when I try to think about.
