Serious simulators meant to recreate something: Euro Truck Simulator, Farming Simulator, Flight Simulator
Joke games where it's a parody of something, or a weird concept: Job Simulator, Goat Simulator, Shower with your Dad Simulator
Effortless cash grabs trying to get in on a trend: Warehouse Simulator, Bus Simulator
