I wouldn't say crash but political turmoil does typically have a negative affect on the stock market. Same can be said for Japan or China; if their leader was removed from power you can bet that the entire Japanese stock market would take a downtick

Well, typically change of leadership does have a negative affect on stock market prices, but there are exceptions. HPs stock actually went up when Carly Fiorina left, and I imagine US Steel would go up when Trump is gone

Of course he gave himself an A+. Literally everything he doesn't like is fake news or someone else's fault. He cannot stand living in reality, because in reality Donald Trump is a shitty human who often fails, and he cannot handle the notion that he is anything less than the best. The President is mentally ill, and I'm not joking around or using this as an insult. I'm no psychologist but I'm convinced that he has cognitive disorders that make him not only unfit for office but willing to do absolutely anything to stop himself from being held responsible for anything. If the GOP enters a downturn then its a possibility, large sections of the GOP house where calling him out until they became a bunch of suck-asses when Trump pulled off a victory. Its going to be difficult to sweep anything under the rug either if dems win the house, this midterm is extremely important.

Well, I mean to be fair, technically during all other constitutional crisis moments in history, the stock market has dropped a bit. BUT, during Trump it's already doing pretty fucking poorly so if anything we serve to see a correction. During the Nixon scandal, the S&P fell nearly 50%, but the market was also already on the way to a recession, oddly enough it basically had recovered not more than two years later. Market correction and all that. Wall Street are afraid of their own shadow, nothing new there. The thing to remember is that a strong economy and stable government will do leagues more for the stock market than Trump's "pick a new policy from the hat" style of doing retarded shit, so once the initial panic subsides we'll see a much stronger, and better recovery for the market.

I don't feel that we'd have a stable government if we'd impeach him to be blunt. With how polarized and geared up people are, it's only bound to make everyone grit their teeth harder.

Things won't get better until they get worse. Things are going to get worse.
