The are funding the Federalist Society, the cabal of ultra conservative lawyers who control any Republican president's judge picks. A counterpart should be established, the Progressive Society or somthing.

Of course, it's more than just an attempt at forming a mirrored adversary to the Federalists, but it's gaining enough traction to serve the same purpose vis a vis the supreme court picks for Democratic presidents going forward.
