I need help. Server won.t load.

Hi!
For the past month . I can`t play rust because of my game freezind when loading a server(any server)
It takes forever to load and when i press something the screen turns white and windows says the progrram stopped working! I reinstaled the game and verified de data. and 2 weeks ago i reformated (Reinstalled windows ) again and it this the same thing!
PLZ Help!
