ULX Commands screwed + "Too many indices for index buffer"

So I am aware that there is no courupted Ban file.

Some of you may know about the usage issue in ULX.

But I have no idea how to fix it.
When I try to use any command, I get the usage
Example: Usage: ulx whip <players> [<times: 2<=x<=100, default 10>][<damage: 0<=x, default 0>]

EDIT: as im working on this fourm post, my gmod decides to crash on me with the following error:

how are you running the command? and what version of ULX/ULib are you running?

Im running it through the menu (!menu)
