So as most people know, the Danganronpa Models were removed from the Garrys mod Workshop, this sucks since I loved those models so much and I recently cleaned my addons up just because they got so full and as I went to redownload them they werent there, I did find a reddit post that had to GMA files of all the models.

But the thing is, I downlouded the GMA files and then dragged them into my addons folder but they didnt load into Garrys Mod, so I thought that I would have to just extract them so I did, then I dragged the folders into the addons folder but that didnt seem to work either, I am out of ideas, what am I doing wrong?
Honestly thats pretty strange, my understanding is that if they're in the addons folder they should work. Open up the extracted gmas and check that the models are actually there.
Where are you expecting to see the models but cannot find them?
Did you ensure they were not some weird old/broken version? Also, you should be able to just drag the addons into the gmad.exe that's located in GarrysMod/bin but i guess either way it should work, although you might want to try that just to be safe. Also, by load into gmod, do you mean they aren't showing up in game, or they aren't showing up in the addons section in gmod? because extracted addons will not show up in your addon list, but should work in game fine.
They dont show up in both, not in game, and not in addon list, and Gmad Easy Extract is you can drag a bunch of addons into the folder and run Gmad Easy Extract and they will all extract so it is just a faster way to extract multiple addons at once. And no they are not some weird and broken version, there was only one version of these models from one author. But the MMD community didnt show any mercy sadly, because he didnt create them, he just converted them by adding skeletons but they were the best player models ive seen in gmod.
Alright, so i did the following:
downloaded the google drive
picked a random playermodel gma from it as a test
extracted it with vanilla gmad.exe via dragging it in
made sure it was in my addons folder
loaded up the game and went into a game
and it worked fine for me.
Did you make sure you put them in the correct spot?
Each playermodel folder should be under GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons.
Yeah I actually solved the problem, just messed around with some files, but guess what, they were some weird frigged up versions, it always loads me into titanium Rp now, so yeah, I guess ill just delete them but yeah I know it works now but they are still messed up.

Ok so its from the second one, alright thank you, but I sucks that it doesnt go into the addon list cause thats why I need them
put the .gma files inside a folder in addons/
Pretty sure they're unusable until you extract them unless you have an addon that correlates with them(so in this case unusable)
