When will 'Fight Crab / 'Kani no Kenka' be Released?

Hey everyone, so for a while I've been following a small development team known as 'Nussoft' and I genuinely love their games, mainly due to their nautical / oceanic themes. And for a while they've been developing a game known as 'Kani no Kenka' or 'Fight Crab' and I can't wait for it to release. Only problem is I don't know when this is coming out and since Nussoft is a Japanese company, I can't understand most of their news / announcements, so looking up the release date isnt any help. If someone could let me know that would be great.

From what I've read, there isn't a specific date for release yet, it just says its targeted for release in 2019.
