people are using macro and script in bloody mouse, you need to take some action, mouse bloody offers macro and script and people use and nothing happens, in Logitech mice are already taking ban
You say Bloody more than the typical English man.
Logitech mice aren't banned though jesus christ lol
beep boop i am a code machine
EAC does take action against players they find using mouse macros iirc
I don't know how to script
Then we will see 80% more people complaining they have been banned for doing it, if you cant play the game without
using a script you are bloody useless at it.
Honestly though, how can EAC detect a mouse macro? I'm supposing that in console it would look as simple mouse drags and clicks? Supposing the script is inside the mouse and not actually being injected.
EAC cant and wont detect anything from the hardware, it only detects software being used in concurrence with a mouse. Macros in the sense of assigning a key is not running a "macro" in the sense. It is what it is, a key assign. Those that say they were banned for autokey are probably lying
Using the software for Script operations is a completely different thing.
The reality is, there is no real way to verify any of this. So, to keep the order and not open the door (like the Logitech owner scrupulous claims) to the cheaters and their bogus claims it would
appear that EAC and Facepunch have just said . No Scripts, No Software injections, period
It's not injected and its impossible to really 'inject', and its also impossible to tell a macro from a real user
UNLESS
The buttons are pressed fast enough that you can't replicate it with human fingers
Pressed in the same pattern every time, at exactly the same delay from one another
It's doing something that is drastically better than a human can do, like automatically building or anti-recoil
These mouse macro players have occupied most of the players' markets, such as official blocking. Then the player loses 40%.
All we need is random pattern for every weapon like old days...
all the newer mouses do. Bloody mouse just has its own GUI that is made for the average joe
Eac detects the commands bloody and Logitech use to move the mouse. Logitech has appeared to get more people banned than bloody, but the Era of rust mouse aimscripts appears to finally be over. I still see some scripters so there is software going around for it, but not as easy as a mouse script now.
Rust probably has been doing heuristic analysis of mouse movements, or at least camera movements. I've been seeing script toggles get banned with in an hour or 2 after I report them the last few months.
