Major issues with eye angles and pupil stretching.

I am having a issue with my model I just got done texturing with and I've noticed it's eye anglers are back-to-front, also an additional issue that pupils are horridly stretched.
(Also a small issue on the side is that the eyes are dark without me shining a flashlight into his eyes but I think that's due to me messing in blender I think)
I was hoping if you guys knew how I could fix this issue at all, I can't find anything when I look it up so I turn to you lads.
