Lawyers close to the White House tell me the Trump administration is nowhere near prepared for the investigatory onslaught that awaits them, and they consider it among the greatest threats to his presidency.
That thumbnail is perfect God I hope they win the house, I wanna see them squirm.
here's a thought, maybe if you were investigating these things all along in earnest you might not have to worry about them.
It no wonder Paul Ryan and the likes are getting out though
The White House isn't already a 24/7 legal defense operation? Also, that extra mouse cursor on the image of the list was freaking me out for some reason.
Sorry, must have made a mistake while taking the screenshot. Won't happen again https://i.imgur.com/ncXIZv5.png
Hey, you stop that
There are so many investigations that this will take at least a decade or so https://i.imgur.com/xrg93Bv.png
How nice of them to compile everything to investigate for us.
Stop what? https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/133677/61326844-9f86-466f-9757-3a4497426d75/image.png

its pretty damning they even believe these to be possible crimes and yet they won't use their office to head these off.
Well, they've got their list of sins, and they named it after where they'll go when judgement comes. Seriously though, it's crazy how much our political system incentivizes ignoring this stuff if it's from your own party.
Oh no! The horror of doing your job and holding other wings of the government accountable via checks and balances! The horror! The absolute horror!
Who would have thought that a strategy of clogging the airways with so many scandals that people become indifferent could backfire and lead to a dozen investigations against your administration?
If the republicans won't do it, democrats have to. somewhat related but I learned today that there was a investigation into Socks the Cat.
They are actively interfering. Multiple Democratic candidates in extremely tight races have already been targeted, as well as voter registration servers in various states, and of course the constant barrage of cultural engineering via social media botnets. Russia is every bit as active right now than they were in the 2016 election, but the GOP is doing absolutely nothing about it, and the White House is actively sabotaging legislative efforts to protect our democracy.
Why would you do something that hurts your chance of being reelected? Makes no sense to certain politicians and the President.
This seems an awful lot like covering a dead body with a blanket that says DO NOT LOOK UNDER HERE
Vote Democrat.
Well thanks for giving us a list of things to start with.
Seriously, make all politicians have to publically post their tax info for the last decade if you don't do it, you aren't allowed in. Easy.
Right now they occasionally have time to call President Macron at weird hours. Expect that to go away.
I thought he called any world leader at ridiculous hours, not just Macron Regardless, I hope that Dems to indeed take the House so that the US can try to begin repairing all this damage (but it's a long road ahead...)
Pretty poetic that it is entirely stuff they brought on themselves by protecting Trump.
They wouldn't vote to pass a bill making themselves do that.
Can you imagine being such a disaster of a political party that your push to get voters energized includes what amounts to "if we lose look at all the ways they'll hold people accountable!"
Apparently he likes just randomly calling Macron, Putin, and Hannity and shouting "no collusion"
the ways they slipped out of the McCain–Feingold act kind of proves this sadly.
I thought that was more eroded by supreme court decisions, not by bills.
