Im not gonna lie, I did install cheats and attempted to use them on a server. I've heard that you can't ever play rust again after a ban like that. Is there any way to every start fresh make a new account and start playing legit from now on? I just love this game, I don't have money to buy other games like Ark. I regret everything I did from the moment I installed the cheats. Im not asking for an unban, just want to know if there is any chance I may play Rust again.

you'll have to buy it again on a fresh account if you're vac banned. you can change your hardware ID's too if necessary. You can never be fully banned from a game.. you can always come back.
You could try 7 Days to Die, Savage Lands, maybe Surviving Mars, The Forest. How to Survive its on sale.
wont work. His CPU is already earmarked for hacking. He'll have to buy a completely new computer at a completely different location (like multiple states away), as IP addresses also copy GeoID and EAC has software to bypass VPNs and proxy networks.
Basically if he gets on right now on a new account on a new computer, his account will be on a death-clock and will be banned arbitrarily after a certain amount of time. How much? Oh, it depends on how much progress you make. If you take baby steps and do literally nothing but stand around, you can play for like a day. Outright get anywhere? An hour.
