I thought their "you are on the fastest route" video was super creepy and it spooked me on my night touges but then someone posted a screenshot of the frame where you can see the monster and they pointed out that it looks like Bold and Brash
Without actually digging into this I would have never guessed that Kris Straub is behind it all. He has(had, hiatus is a bitch) a webcomic that has vague ties to this too. For someone that started and got famous for a gag comic, he does horror really well.

I really hope that whoever survived continues talking through Local 58. Station ID implies that someone survived the initial moon possession.
