Hi, so I'm trying to scale my model down so it doesn't fit the valve skeleton.

As you can see, the legs are strectched out and the model goes over it's actual height. This is the ACTUAL model, as how it looks in 3ds max:

I saw a post of someone making this work in Blender, but I have yet to find a tutorial to make this work in 3ds max. Any help?

Oh ok, I'm sure some mod will remove the post soon.
You will have to build your own animations to fix the height, no workarounds, take a look at sonic playermodel, they even made the jump anim again
