Rust is lagging with good PC setup..

I have built my new pc, the pc has:

ASUS 1080ti ROG STRIX 11GB
i7-8700K DELID
32GB RAM

Monitor: BenQ XL2411 144HZ
Second monitor: BenQ EW2750 60HZ

Tell me, why it is lagging with this setup?..
I have about 110FPS but its like 50FPS and its laggy, not smooth.

Temperature of CPU when playing games: 70-75°
GPU TEMP: 65°

Hello,
I own an Msi GT83 VR laptop, a total beast when it comes to playing games, and fps is all over the place in rust. It's just the game, not your computer. I think nobody can run this game smoothly all the time with high settings, it's just very demanding since players can adjust the environment themselves.. Dev's are still in the progress of optimizing it, I think they were adressing performance this month so maybe it'll be better in september.
