Keep in mind that on December 1st, a left-wing populist President will be taking the reins in Mexico (and Trump probably deserves some of the credit, as much as he wouldn't want to claim it). Trump is desperate to get the trade deal done before Friday so it can go through Congress and be approved and signed before December 1st, and then he talks this stupid shit.
