so at my base we cant build anymore because we are building blocked and the close base shouldn't be effecting us the building on the left is us one in the middle isn't us

Tip for new players: Surround your main base with small triangle TCs so this won't happen.

I dont know if this would help you but in a scenario where you lost the old tc inside the base and there was an outter tc that is near your base, then this outer tc becomes dominant over the new tc that you would put inside your base.
