World leaders who not only deny but actively subvert conversion attempts to battle climate change need to be hit with the most severe international environmental charges available.
Crimes against humanity would even probably hold up in court if the individuals damage was measured somehow.

Considering that the results of Climate Change are essentially going to be Genocide in its own right, since many of the nations most susceptible to the effects of it are also entirely unequipped to fight it; I definitely think the leaders that are ignoring climate change, and in many cases actively advancing it, need to face extremely harsh repercussions.
When countries like Bangladesh are slated to be virtually entirely submerged, and they have a negligible impact on climate change itself(compared to every single first world nation), that's just fucked up.
Anyone who denies climate change should be punched in the groin.
