Alright, facepunch experts: how the fuck did they get Jeff Kaplan to say all that original dialogue? I know it probably has something to do with the voice distortion - I was just shocked at how otherwise fluent everything sounded. I'm used to you tube poops, TF2 Garry's mod videos, and the like having dialogue that is clearly pasted together word by word, and sometimes syllable by syllable.
Unless there's some official Jeff Kaplan comedy video I'm not aware of where he says stuff like "oh my fucking god someone help me," I'm going to take a guess and say this has something to do with the new ai assisted voice mimicking technology? I just wasn't aware they were already selling it.

Kaplan has very slow and methodical speech whenever he's discussing Overwatch. If you talk slow it's easy to splice whatever you're talking about and string it together in contrast to those who talk fast and with an accent.
Yeah and he does all those dev blogs and such, so there are many samples to choose from. He even gets in on the memes a bit and that leads to some of the funnier/stranger clips
