I take it that you are new to the game , There is no way to change your character or gender , only thing you can change
are the clothes you wear,
One day (we hope) there might be a way to do all the changes that players want but not yet,
Indeed, there is no character customization, the devs don't want it so everyone is unique, although it's a good reason as any other, I'd still prefer having a few choices. However I am not optimistic about this, and I truly believe FP will never implement character customization in the foreseeable future.
