Why's he impersonating Yoda at the end there? Bad president I am. SAD(!), it is.
I think this is actually a good thing because it means there's less opportunity for him to fuck things up.
He must be pretty good at it by now. What he shoot?
On the plus side, the more time he spends at the golf course, the less he spends in the Oval Office buggering things up :v
sadly he's more than capable of buggering things up on the golf course.
still trying to make par
TRUMP GOLF COUNT: 143*
Cost to Taxpayer: About $77,000,000**
Trump is such a thicc boi. I think he's gonna beat Taft soon.
That pic's been pretty clearly photoshopped judging by the belt buckles. Somehow, despite his godawful eating habits, and his hatred of physical activity, Trump isn't quite that big; but he's definitely got the inner body of a morbidly obese man. I have no idea how his heart hasn't given out yet(although that would imply he ever had a heart to begin with)
No, he's just wasting millions of tax dollars on security instead
He's also killing or has killed all the local airports and supporting businesses due to the presidential TFR constantly over new jersey. But Iunno I don't like pulling the wasting taxpayer money rug because every president in one way or another does it, I mean sure the Orangutan is definitely the biggest waste of public funds in recent memory but no human will ever not waste a single taxpayer dollar.
Thing is, he isn't just wasting taxpayer money.
Before the election, he repeatedly bagged on Obama for going on golfing trips and roasted him for wasting taxpayer money. He vowed to play less golf than Obama and he'd work harder than him.
He is playing way more golf and blowing more taxpayer money on golf trips and vacations than Obama did, and he objectively works less, with multiple hours of "executive time" in the morning and afternoon.
He is specifically a hypocrite, and he's a hypocrite while also being one of the most ineffective presidents in US history, so he's a worthless hypocrite (unless you're a corporate big dog who reaped the benefits of the big tax cut, in which case he's been very useful).
He sure looks fatter and fatter by the day, especially when he is not in a suit.
Huh, Makes me wonder.
Do you pay for use of your own golf course or does the government?
It also makes me wonder if it's litearlly being used for diplomatic functions.
Government trip, with Secret Service agents that need boarding, rooms that need to be secured for when the President is there, logistics of moving the Beast, AF1, Marine 1 (I think that still gets hauled around), and a whole boat/planeload of other supplies.
It's not even the cost that upsets me, it's the time lost and the lack of diligence given to the office. I could honestly not care less if some president spent $100,000,000 on travel and time off so long as they were actually effective at what they did and came back with results. To an individual, millions of dollars sounds ludicrous, but in the realm of taxes, it's nothing.
Don't forget, the airports and air-related activities in the vicinity of the golf course are practically shut down whenever he visits. There's great articles about the loss of business and the uncertain future they have even after Trump is gone. This has always been a thing, but most presidents don't regularly go to the same location so frequently.
Or they go to military bases to golf since its a secured location with the air already being a no fly zone.
In any other situation, the idea of an out of touch government bureaucrat suffocating your business by constantly shutting down air and road traffic so he can enjoy his weekly vacations would be a government horror story, the intrusion into your life and waste of taxpayer money is awful.
