That's quite the heavy allegation there, bud. I was skeptical that calling the dude a pedo on Twitter was enough to mount a serious defamation case since it's basically amounts to an Internet fight, but saying this is definitely digging your heels in and making wild claims against the guy... They might have a good case for it now.
Musk isn't really all that intelligent at all, he just has given people the appearance of being intelligent because he hires some quite intelligent people.

I recall that as much as a few years ago this guy was hyped up as this ultra genius all knowing next level shit entrepreneur who ate regular geniuses for breakfast while designing the time machine in his spare time and crushed cinder blocks with his brain muscles.
I mean he's pretty smart. He made Zip2 from scratch, made a video game when he was a kid and sold it for a few hundo, he's well-read and has a great memory of what he reads. Did great in college, was going to get a PhD before starting Zip2, etc. The dude is obviously very intelligent.
His faults come from him being very dedicated to his work to the point of it being unhealthy and unsustainable. He's got zero tolerance for people he sees as in his way, whether it's a critic or a unproductive employee. Him going from an abused nerd with a troubled family to a super successful tech entrepreneur has fed his ego to dangerous levels. Causing him to bite off things he can't do or can't do in time. (Falcon wing doors, production deadlines, coming up with, and promising Hyperloop basically while being interviewed on a stage, etc). In some cases it's worked fantastically like with the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy, and Model S, but not always. (He's said himself that the Model X was an exercise in Hubris)
Basically, Elon's problem is he has no aversion to risk, and that instinct has turned him from a well-intentioned entrepreneur with big dreams to a Titian of industry. He's done well up to this point so he believes he can do anything, that he can get away with anything. Because he's beaten insurmountable odds up to this point, so why not more? Why not one more thing? It's like the hot hand fallacy. The end result is potentially disastrous. Hes obviously burning himself out and losing his mind. I'm curious what his kids will have to say once they grow up.
My advice to Elon is he needs to take a break. He needs to find a good COO/President for Tesla and take some of the workload off himself. He needs to stay off Twitter and stay away from reporters. He needs to stay off the radar and deal with his personal problems before Tesla and SpaceX have to have an emergency meeting to find a new CEO because he was found dead in a hotel room surrounded by empty pill and booze bottles.
