My allergies have been getting worse lately, to the point where I'm considering going to the doctor. I don't even know my allergies besides cats. And it's not cats right now.

I'm two days into a hella nasty, extremely contagious cold/fever thing that is making its rounds in Cardiff. Got barely any sleep both nights, hopefully it'll start fading soon!

Infection in my throat apparently got 2 cysts infected aswell. Drinking Tee, skipping work and I hope that it gets better soon.

Had a cold since saturday, about to walk off to work for the first time this week

Inflammation on mouth almost every time
I dunno why but my mouth is so fragile

Worst case is when the inflamation is on cheek,its not swollen but it digs deep inside
Eating is very painful during that time,even salt water doesn't help much

Sick of nihilism and existentional crisis if that counts. I believe that's what triggered my depression.

I'm in therapy and everything's going great. I stopped immediately a year ago because I had pretty good reasons to, we're rounding off the therapy now where I'm back in fully into my old bad behaviors. They want to stop the therapy though, because I don't have a clear help-question atm as I'm having too much fun with the drugs and alcohol.
