If you watch the video you'll see that people are getting banned by awful and overly sensitive moderation.
How do they even bother to adequately state the reason you were banned for? Like, there are forums and servers that sunk so deep into Dark Age of Moderation, that the occasional "kiddie-rator" could easily ban you forever and just write "asshole" as a reason.
