Hi, I am trying to upload a mod to the Garry's Mod Workshop and I get a error

I do own Garry's Mod and I had this account for years now, it's definitely not limited.

I do have all important stuff like : gmad.exe, gmpublish.exe and steam_api.dll

I also did upload maps to the workshop before (that was months ago) I don't know why it isn't working anymore.

Can anyone explain to me why it isn't uploading, giving me some error that is clearly wrong.
I set up firewall also to not block any connections, like gmpublish.exe to have all access, same with steam.exe. I got all games public.
cmd.exe also is on adminstrator mode too.
It's because of your ban in Discussions, which now affects the entire GMod hub.
Contact Steam Support if you are looking to appeal the ban.
the probability that steam removes a bam is pretty much 0% becauae their "amazing" 0 tolerance policy
