Disable Creator Tool to Only Admins

Hello, I currently am running a RolePlay server and was wondering if there is anyway way to prevent people from using the creator tool to spawn props?

Are you running a DarkRP server? If so just use ulx usergroups to restrict it. This is an easy google search

Yes, DarkRP. I don't see any options for the Creator Tool in either FPP or ULX.
