for some reason motion blur keeps turning itself on even when I disable it. I've tried deleting the game than re-downloading about 3 times. Can anybody please help me with this issue?
This is just a bandaid solution, but it should work:
If it doesn't exist already, create a file called autoexec.cfg in Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg.
Open the file and copy and paste this command:
mat_motion_blur_enabled 0
Save the file.
Tried that a few times too, still broken
Don't put/force dxlevel in your autoexec or command line options
