for some reason motion blur keeps turning itself on even when I disable it. I've tried deleting the game than re-downloading about 3 times. Can anybody please help me with this issue?
You can try creating an autoconfig.cfg with 'mat_motion_blur_enabled 0' in it.
Tried that a few times too, still broken
