When I was young and had my first PC, which was an HP Compaq idk, there was a list of games the pc had itself and one of them consisted of growing the population of an island and building stuff and I remember you could have guys who had to fish, build, gather blackberries I remember, and at times special stuff would appear on the shore like starfishes etc. That's all that I remember about it but I dont remember the name. Help would be appreaciated.
All those stuff sound a little too broad. Do you remember if it was isometric in perspective or was it fully 3D? On top of my head of games that were in an island with the mechanics you mentioned, there's Black & White, Populous, The Settlers and SimIsle.
Did it had a form of combat or military or was it purely peaceful island management?
is it one of those free-trial games that you could download off flash sites back in the day?
