This is a classic issue that tends to happen quite a lot.
Tbh, I suggest that you do not use Source SDK but that you rather use the native Hammer Editor that is packed into Gmod; this one is pre-configured and is fully functional.
Source SDK just tends to cause issues, and it's extremely outdated.
