On top of the like five other things Trump put Kushner personally in charge of handling. As far as I know, Kushner has not made significant progress on any of them.
At this point, we've fucked the Middle East up to the point where the most humane choice would be to just pack up and leave it.

okay kushner is a complete chode for actually dressing like that but i gotta admit the bulletproof-vest-over-suit look is still pretty cool
the guy who's got so many security flags that he was only able to obtain security clearance by presidential authoirization. He has so many declared foreign contacts that the FBI wouldn't have granted him clearance, especially since he continually lied about them on his forms.
The thing is that trump seems to be randomly slashing aid. I have no problem with him making sure that Palestinian terrorists dont get paid for their terrorism by having the Palestinians be unable to continue with their Martyrs fund but i see no benefits in slashing aid to a private chain of hospitals which dont really associate with any terrorism and work closely with Israeli hospitals like Hadassah. The PA itself isnt really having anything cut which is really confusing, the US is cutting aid for the stuff that doesnt really matter politically but the PA is not really suffering from these cuts. He's demanding a peace deal in exchange for aid being restored but he's not really done anything super damaging to the Palestinians and any damage will just further Palestinian resolve against Israel while also fucking up the unwritten balance that Israel has with the PA. Bibi might be outwardly happy about this but hes losing his shit inwardly.
The Palestinians and Israelites have been fighting each other since the Bible was written.
