I suggest not downloading the model if you don't want to be in a list.
Since it is already an .SMD the process of making it into a playermodel is mostly done already, I suggest watching some tutorials on the matter:

This is my go-to video that I suggest following, now obviously the ragdoll you have is that of a naked child so the proportions are smaller than that of a normal player, after succesfully turning it into a playermodel you can make a new thread asking for help in using Proportion, which is a trick used to make small playermodels, but if you want to try your hand into it, here's a handy tutorial: https://sites.google.com/site/zeqmacaw/tutorials/proportion-trick

I opened all of the smds at once so I never knew that it really shows that stuff
