Turned out pretty delicious although I'd love to experiment with other types of spicy wings than just buffalo. Also, fuck cutting wing sections, I'm just buying those cut already in the future, I don't care

microwave burrito, cholula, oreos yes this is a cry for help
Thank you! They came out pretty decent. Hell, if you'd like to make them the same way I did, get a bag of frozen, raw wing sections (try to find one cut though because cutting through joints was miserable). Thaw the chicken ahead of time. Whisk up 2 or 3 eggs in a bowl. Get another bowl and fill it with a decent amount of flour. Heat up some oil in a pot (I used vegetable oil but you may want something more reusable). While that's heating up, run the wings through the egg, then coat them in flour. Place them in the oil, and fry them until they're done. (About 7 minutes was what I did). Once they're done frying, place them in a large bowl. Buffalo sauce can be made with most hot sauces mixed with a little melted butter, and most traditionalists seem to recommend Frank's Red Hot. Frank's Red Hot actually sells straight up buffalo sauce versions of their hot sauce now though so I just get that and skip making the sauce. Pour your sauce over them and to the sides of the bowl, and shake it around and toss the wings until you get an even coating. It's super duper basic but if you don't know how to make wings that's basically it. I should probably experiment with more seasonings and such. Anyway for tonight I had shin ramyun https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/478623692218171393/489306212161290240/20180912_000335.jpg https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/478623692218171393/489306211657711617/20180912_002504.jpg It's south korean, but it's basically ramen. It's incredibly spicy and while you could add egg or meat or additional veggies to it, it doesn't really need any. I'm weird and I like to crush up my ramen. It makes it easier to eat that way, makes it so you can eat it with a spoon, and that way you get a spoonful of broth with every bite of noodle. It's lovely. Wonderful alternative to maruchan shit ramens and you can find them in walmart. Weird fact, the company that makes this, Nongshim declared April 10th ' Shin Ramyun Day' in Japan since 2010. It was chosen because when a Japanese person says 4/10 it sounds similar to the word 'Hot' (cause it's spicy as fuck). They have a truck that travels japan for 7 months a year giving people the chance to taste it.
Looks delicious! What kind of dressing did you do? I like to do equal parts Frank's and butter with catalina dressing to taste.
My signature Thai green curry.
I hope this is a fucking joke.. what in the fucking hell is this blasphemy
