Honestly you shouldn't apologize for changing the title. IMO every question related to climate change in political discourse shouldn't be like "Do you believe global warming is real" but instead everyone should ask "Do you accept the scientific fact of human caused climate change?" Every headline should start saying "Shit's getting more fucked" because it is.
My understanding is that you may write what you want (within reason) so long as it doesn't editorialise or misrepresent the original title/article.
it shouldn't even be that it should be "How do we save these people, how do we mitigate the damage." the argument over whether something is happening or whether it exists or whether we are the cause should have been settled but because oil = money = speech, we don't get anywhere

ya hopefully the ruling still stands between now and when they redraw the maps, the SCOTUS is almost certain to pickup gerrymandering in the next session with 5 right wing judges to rule it constitutional though.

It seems logical to me that GOP doesn't believe the climate change reports. Once you start lying to your own benefit, you start believing everyone must be as dishonest as you. In their mind there's them, supporting coal and oil, and their opponents with whatever conflicting interests. Both forging evidence as they go.
The problem is the people who did this won't be the ones who get punished for it. The poor fucks who have to live there are the ones who are going to get shit on.
